Use this page to request deletion of data you shared with Bi Note support and to learn how to delete local app data from your device.

Data Deletion Request

Effective date: 23 June 2026

Bi Note does not require a Bi Note account. Most app content, such as tasks, notes, checklists, appointments, preferences, and reminders, is stored locally on your device.

Delete local app data

You can delete your local Bi Note data in these ways:

  1. Open Bi Note and delete tasks, notes, checklists, appointments, or lists you no longer want.
  2. Use your Android device settings to clear Bi Note app data.
  3. Uninstall Bi Note from your device.

Deleting local app data from your device may permanently remove your tasks, notes, appointments, preferences, and reminders from that device.

Request deletion of support data

If you emailed us for support or sent us information related to Bi Note, you can request deletion of that support data.

What to include in your request

  • The email address you used to contact us
  • A short note saying you want your Bi Note support data deleted
  • Do not include sensitive information such as passwords or payment card details

Processing time

We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

Purchases and advertising data

Google Play purchase records and Google AdMob advertising data are processed by Google according to Google’s own policies. To manage Google account, advertising, or purchase data, use Google account and Google Play settings.

Bi Note, Bi Note hesabı oluşturmanızı gerektirmez. Görevler, notlar, kontrol listeleri, randevular, tercihler ve hatırlatmalar gibi içeriklerin büyük bölümü cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.

Yerel uygulama verilerini silme

Bi Note verilerinizi şu yollarla silebilirsiniz:

  1. Bi Note’u açıp istemediğiniz görevleri, notları, kontrol listelerini, randevuları veya listeleri silin.
  2. Android cihaz ayarlarından Bi Note uygulama verilerini temizleyin.
  3. Bi Note’u cihazınızdan kaldırın.

Yerel uygulama verilerini silmeniz; görevlerinizi, notlarınızı, randevularınızı, tercihlerinizi ve hatırlatmalarınızı ilgili cihazdan kalıcı olarak kaldırabilir.

İşlem süresi

Silme taleplerini inceleyip makul süre içinde yanıtlarız. Güvenlik, dolandırıcılığı önleme, yasal uyumluluk, uyuşmazlık çözümü veya meşru işletme kayıtları için gerekli olan bazı bilgiler saklanabilir.

Satın alma ve reklam verileri

Google Play satın alma kayıtları ve Google AdMob reklam verileri Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre işlenir. Google hesabı, reklam veya satın alma verilerini yönetmek için Google hesabı ve Google Play ayarlarını kullanabilirsiniz.
